Products
{Red Armchair}
An incredible website just launched called Fashion 4 Home and is the first online-only furniture retailer in the US to offer consumers high quality modern furniture at 50-70% less than traditional retail prices. They are reorganizing the home furniture supply chain by creating a direct-to-consumer connection for high-end furniture thus being able to offer high quality furniture at a fraction of the price.
We love saving money, don’t you? Especially on quality furniture! Another great thing about Fashion 4 Home is that it gives consumers the ability to comment and vote on designs, thereby influencing the products offered in the online store. Isn’t that great? We get to vote and they listen!

To celebrate the company’s US launch, Fashion4Home.com is giving away discount codes through Twitter. Just start following them and you will receive a code for an additional 10% off your purchase.

Pretty Stuff

Image from John Murphy
I just found out that John Murphy started selling his frames (via Design*Sponge). And it completely made my week. Aren’t they lovely?

This past weekend, Erin and I were hanging out at CHA (which is a room chuck full of great eye candy) kicking off our announcement of CraftyCon. When I saw John Murphy’s frames, I was immediately reminded of Cathie Filian & Steve Piacenza’s booth. Look at those hot, hot frames.

Cathie and Steve have teamed up with Plaid to make Hot Glue Gun Helpers. It comes with a craft mat where the the dried glue just peels off, and it comes with all sorts of tools. My favorite being the finger caps so you don’t get burned while working with hot glue. Awesome, huh? A couple finger caps would have been perfect for this project and so many others. I can’t tell you how many blisters and burns I’ve had from using a hot glue gun.
Here’s a sneak peek at the kit and the tools should be available in stores this spring.

For more information about the Hot Glue Gun Helpers, visit Cathie Filian’s blog. Stay tuned! I can’t wait to start using them.
And as a side note, Cathie Filian is one of the most delightful people I’ve ever met. She always has a smile on her face, and is so down to earth. She is an amazing person and I loved chatting with her.

Space Redesigns
Today’s redesign was inspired by the original canvas art. I wanted to create a room where the art takes center stage and everything else in the room is neutral!

1. Montego Pedestal Dining Table from Pottery Barn.
2. Becca Linen Dining Chair from Overstock.com.
3. Hand-tufted wool rug from Overstock.com.
4. Original Canvas art from Etsy seller Simpson76.
5. Butterscotch Parallels Chandelier from Lamps Plus.
